PRODUCT DISCRIPTION
1.two tank for through cleaning and drying :

 

1st ultrasonic cleaning tank: installed with ultrasonic cleaning transducers to operate cleaning process by ultrasonic transducer vibration with filtration function sub-tank.;Through the double-layer partition design of the filter auxiliary tank, the primary filtration is carried out to filter out the large particles of sediment, suspended matter and floating matter in the cleaning liquid; then the filter bottle is used for a second fine filtration to filter out the small particles. Thus can speed up work efficiency and save cleaning fluid to save costs.

2nd Dryer tank : it has heater and hot-air circulation system.
Usually one dryer tank take 8~10min to dry parts. The heated air generated by motor circulated to dry the parts.
The heating power is 1500w. and the heating temperature is adjustable from room temperature to 150 centigrade.
You can adjust temperature when drying plastic parts and usually not affected.

 

3. high ultrasonic power up to 900w and adjustable from 0w according to your needs to your cleaning strength.(0-900w)
