Ultrasonic cleaning:
Ultrasonic cleaning is a method based on high-frequency sound waves which when traveling into a solution, create oscillating high and low pressure and consequently, cause the rapid formation and imploding bubbles radiate tremendous amounts of ultrasonic energy and shock waves that penetrate into minute crevices to take off dirts or contaminants in a highly effective way.

Skymen double tanks ultrasound cleaner machine, skymen make multi stage unit for improving ultrasonic cleaning to reach perfect cleaningresult, design for commercial industry use. The rinsing tanks following ultrasonic tank and dryer tanks to dryer after rinsing, such asfor tank capacity of 50L, 100L, 150L, 200L or even bigger tank. Multi tanks with differentfunctions by each unit work together to approach maximum cleaning efficiency. For double tanks ultrasound cleaner: 1st ultrasonic cleaning tank2ND rinsing tank/drier tank after rinsing(or add a second rinsing tank for thorough rinsing)optional forextra rinse tank and dryer tank

1st ultrasonic tank: Installed with ultrasonic cleaning transducers to operate cleaning process by ultrasonic transducer vibration.
2ND rinsing tank: It has a continues supply of water by supplying water from the bottom, and dirty liquid flow away from the surface of the liquid. Another point is, if the parts have high requirement of surface cleaning efficiency, our
Customers will add second rinsing tank to achieve thorough cleaning result. The second rinsing tank don't fix transducers so it's cheap. So that's four-tank machine.

Optioanl for:
3RD Dryer tank: It has heater and hot-air circulation system. Usually one dryer tank take 8~10min to dry parts. The heated air generated by motor circulated to dry the parts. The heating temperature is adjustable(room temperature~300c). You can adjust temperature when drying plastic parts and usually not affected.
