An industrial ultrasonic cleaner can have an important role in refurbishing equipment as well.
The refurbishing process includes taking the equipment apart; cleaning the unit as well as any parts that can be salvaged; replacing, repairing or upgrading damaged components; reassembling the equipment; and then doing touch ups or cosmetic enhancements. An ultrasonic cleaner is ideal for cleaning these parts prior to reassembly, thoroughly removing any oils, coolants, or sludge build up.

The transducer box and generator are separate but work together to operate ultrasonic cleaning process with transducer box immersible mounted in fluid tank. The transducer box is moveable in the tank. The number and placement of transducers is selected to give maximum results in any parts cleaning tank with any cleaning load. Specification of tank dimension and transducer boxes are custom made available. Either for mould of parts cleaning can receive perfect cleaning efficiency. Stainless steel basket is optional.
