1.Why Do You Need Printhead Ultrasonic Bath?
As we know, printer will get clogging after long time operation. Some of printed portion will be disappear because this problem. It not only waste our time to reprint the paper but also cause a lot of trouble when you are hurry at printing.When you are meeting this situation, then your printhead need to be cleaned immediately.
We have tried hand cleaning,solution cleaning before,however,none of them can clean printhead entirely,sometimes, it may damage the printhead. All problem will be solved when you start to use ultrasonic cleaner for your printhead cleaning.Ultrasonic wave will provide detailed cleaning for printhead.
2.How Ultrasonic Bath Work.
Cleaning is provided by cavitation action, which is the implosion of microscopic-sized bubbles in an ultrasonic cleaning solution as they contact the surface of the instruments. It is created by ultrasonic transducers excited to ultrasonic frequencies such as 40,000 cycles per second (40 kHz). The bubbles are small enough to penetrate cracks and crevices impossible to access by hand scrubbing. They safely blast away remaining contaminants.
3.How To Clean Printhead
(1) Fill the cleaning tank with tap water until max line
(2)Turn on heating function and degas function.
(3)Put you printhead into cleaning basket and drop it into cleaning tank when temperature is over 40C.
(4) Setting cleaning time you need.Exact time depends on how dirty your printhead is.
(5) Turn on ultrasonic cleaning button and wait until cleaning cycle is done.
(6) Put out your cleaning basket and rinsing the printhead with clean water.
(7) Turn off all function of ultrasonic cleaner if you are done cleaning job.
(8)Dry your printhead and dry your cleaning tank.
